Returns & Cancelled Orders

We gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Golden Roses E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order shipped.  

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 14 days from the date your order shipped. Please note that the customer is responsible for returned shipping/exchange fees, UNLESS the item is damaged, then Golden Roses Boutique would pay for the shipping fees.

If you are in need of an exchange, please place your packaging slip back in the bag & let us know the desired size for the exchange. If the item you desire for the exchange is sold out, an email will be sent notifying you and you will receive store credit for the item. 

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us here.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
